1) On-Site Workshops
Since 1998, over 500 instructors have completed our 1-3 day long workshops. Small class size ensures real skill-building, not just transfer of information. Approximately 50% hands-on.

  • Your team has 12 or more instructors
  • You prefer on-site delivery (saving you thousands of dollars in travel costs)

2) Personalized Mentoring
In five 90-minute sessions, including two classroom observations, your instructors get personalized mentoring in the JM&A Training Method so they can integrate it into their classes and start getting results immediately.

Best Option If
  • Your team has only a few instructors (1-4)
  • Scheduling or distance makes a workshop impractical

3) Courseware Development
Dr. Mazulewicz and 1-2 of your training staff team up to design and develop all the courseware you need to teach a high-quality course on any topic you choose. Plus, your instructors learn the basic skills of the JMA Method at the same time.

Best Option If
Your organization needs to develop and teach a high-quality course on your own. You have the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), but need an independent training expert.

4) Video Podcasts (coming soon)
Membership gives you access to the video vault of teaching and course design techniques. Watch videos on the skills you need the most, whenever you want them. Then try out that skill in class immediately. Regular updates. Post questions and comments to the on-line blog to get solutions and ideas from other members around the world and from Dr. Mazulewicz.

Best Option If
You're a part-time or volunteer instructor with limited budget, who wants to improve at your own pace and schedule
