How to Break the Ice
You know the standard icebreaker. "Everyone please stand up, state your name and agency, and tell us a little bit about yourself." Students either speak for 5 seconds and reveal nothing about who they are. Or they take 5 minutes and well... overshare. Either way, it's risky for the speaker, and booooooring for the rest of us. Instead, consider this low-risk, high-engagement alternative.
